Please visit the Sizing information page for complete information. We have collar sizes to fit anything from Beagles to Tibetan Mastiffs and Irish Wolfhounds. Please measure before ordering. Our dog collars tend to run bigger than store bought collars. If your size isn't listed please contact us.
Shipping Information
All collars are handmade to order. Please allow up to 7 days for production on regular orders and 1-2 weeks for custom orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards payments and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have changes to your order please let us know immediately. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Regular collar orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped yet. Please let us know as soon as possible since we start constructing your order as soon as payment is received.
What is your Return Policy?
Collar returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We only accept refunds if item is returned in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. There are no returns on personalized or custom orders. If your collar is simply too big we can resize your collar for only the cost of return shipping.
Proper measurement is the best way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. We provide sizing instructions for all of our products. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If you are interested in a wholesale discount please contact us. Wholesale purchases have a minimum order amount.
How do I clean my Collar?
The best way to clean your collar is by hand washing and air drying. Do not put in the dryer. It is best to lay it out straight to dry. Machine washing is possible with many designs, but not recommended. Collars with silver or gold foil designs should never be machine washed.
How durable are the collars?
The basic structure of the collar is very durable and is designed to last a long time. The decorative ribbon and fabric used on collars is not indestructible. Ribbon durability depends on the design. If you have a dog that frequently scratches at their neck they can tear the decorative ribbon.
